The registration fee includes:

• Access to the congress event
• Congress bag
• Information materials
• Coffee breaks
• Invitation to welcome reception

In case of registration for the Congress and non-payment of a registration fee till April 18, 2022, it will be automatically changed to registration after April 18, 2022. In case of registration for the Congress and non-payment of a registration fee till June 18, 2022, it will be automatically changed to registration after June 18, 2022.

The organizing committee provides the opportunity to return the paid registration fee.
If you have paid a registration fee, but are not able to take part in the Congress, please send a message to the e-mail address [email protected] with the subject “Refund Name Surname” describing the reasons of the cancellation. The organizing committee will consider the appeal and in case of positive decision will make a refund.
